Product & Materials

Why choose titanium over stainless steel or aluminum?

Titanium is 45% lighter than stainless steel while being equally strong. Unlike aluminum, it requires no coating — it's 100% bio-compatible out of the box, meaning zero metallic taste, zero heavy metal leaching, even after years of high-heat use.

What grade of titanium do you use?

We use TA1 (Grade 1 CP Titanium) and TA2 (Grade 2) — the same grades used in medical implants and aerospace components. This ensures the highest levels of purity and safety.

Can I use TiTaCamp cookware over an open campfire?

Yes. Titanium's melting point exceeds 1,660°C (3,020°F). Be aware that titanium is thin-walled and conducts heat quickly, so watch your food closely to prevent scorching at very high heat.

Will the cookware get discolored with use?

Yes — and that's a feature, not a bug. Titanium develops a natural rainbow-like "patina" from heat exposure. This is pure titanium oxide, is completely non-toxic, and many hikers consider it a mark of authentic wilderness use.

Is TiTaCamp gear dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is recommended to preserve the natural finish. The gear will survive dishwasher cycles but the mineral deposits from hard water may dull the surface over time.

Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard international delivery takes 10–18 business days to the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. Expedited options (7–10 days) may be available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Western Europe. More regions are being added. Customs duties for orders to the USA are typically included (DDP).

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracker page and enter your tracking number for real-time updates powered by 17track.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@titacamp.com with photos and your order number. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund within 5 business days.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

For US customers, duties are typically pre-paid (DDP). For other regions, import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. We state this clearly at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be completely unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. See our full Return Policy page for details.

What items cannot be returned?

Hygiene items (sporks, utensils with mouth contact), personalized/custom items, clearance items, and bundles/sets cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

How do I start a return?

Email support@titacamp.com with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging. We'll issue an RMA number with instructions within 2 business days.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (7–14 business days after you ship it), refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Warranty

Do TiTaCamp products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects — including cracks in welds, sealing failures, and premature corrosion not caused by misuse.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, heat discoloration/patina), damage from abuse, drops, improper cleaning, overheating, modifications, or cosmetic issues from regular use are not covered.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email support@titacamp.com with your order number, clear photos of the defect, and proof of purchase. We'll evaluate your claim within 3–5 business days. Approved claims are replaced or repaired at no cost.

Payment & Coupons

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All transactions are secured via Stripe with 3DS authentication.

How do I apply a coupon or discount code?

Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field on the cart or checkout page and click Apply. Discounts are applied instantly. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Why isn't my coupon working?

Please check: (1) the code is entered correctly with no spaces, (2) the coupon hasn't expired, (3) your cart meets the minimum order requirement, and (4) the items in your cart are eligible for that coupon.
