We stand behind the quality of our pure titanium outdoor gear. However, due to international shipping complexities, high return costs, and customs procedures from overseas, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective for both parties.
Day Return Window
Proof of delivery required
Returns requested after 14 calendar days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility
- Items must be completely unused, in perfect original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact and undamaged.
- Products showing any signs of use (scratches, dents, burn marks, odors, washing, minor handling marks, or missing parts) are not eligible for return.
- Personalized, custom-made, hygiene-related items (e.g., sporks, utensils, or items with mouth contact), sale/clearance items, and bundles/sets are non-returnable unless proven defective upon arrival.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email support@titacamp.com within the 14-day window. Include your order number, clear photos of the item (in original packaging), and the reason for return.
- RMA Issuance: We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address (typically in China or a designated low-cost hub).
- Shipping: Ship the item back using a tracked service. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, and any customs/export fees.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item (usually within 7–14 business days), if it meets our return conditions, we will process a refund.
Refund Details
Refund covers the product price only. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any outbound international shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item damaged during outbound shipping, or manufacturing defect confirmed on arrival), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund including original shipping fees.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
No-Show or Refused Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or abandoned by the carrier, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping + any incurred return fees from any potential refund.
