Limited Lifetime Warranty

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our titanium outdoor products (cookware, utensils, mugs, cups, tools, etc.) against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal intended use.
Coverage
- Material defects (e.g., cracks in welding, leakage due to poor sealing, premature corrosion not caused by misuse).
- Workmanship issues present at the time of manufacture.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, discoloration from heat/fire, patina).
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, improper cleaning, overheating, or modification.
- Damage during shipping or return (unless proven to be our fault).
- Cosmetic issues that appear after normal use.
Claim Process
- Initiate Claim: Contact support@titacamp.com with your order number, clear photos/videos showing the defect, and proof of purchase.
- Evaluation: We will evaluate the claim (usually within 3–5 business days).
- Resolution: If approved as a covered defect, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost (or issue store credit if replacement is unavailable).
- Shipping: Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for evaluation; we will cover return shipping to you if the defect is confirmed.
* This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your country/region.
